Air Conditioning Metal Parts Pressing

In the picture above,it shows air conditioning metal parts pressing process.

The compact uncoiler straightener feeder with hydraulic shear is used to feed coil strip and then cut it into sheets.Then the workers move the sheets to a table in front of the robot to make the sheets be placed to the multi-station stamping machine one by one to press certain kinds of metal parts.

It helps to reduce the cost by using hydraulic shear to blanking sheets on the compact uncoiler straightener feeder because it would require a press machine with mold which is equipped with an extra shear in tradition way.
